This scarce porcelain lidded pot combines elements of art deco and art nouveau revivalism in its stylized tulips. Colors are quintessential 60s-70s: yellow ochre, orange, and brown. Now a fine piece of mid century mod art porcelain, this piece was likely designed as a warming pot or saucepan.
Unmarked but consistent with Siena Ware from Imperial International Porcelain of Japan.
